Terms and Conditions

● Minimum 25%, non-refundable deposit required to secure booking
● Balance due 7 days prior to travel date
● Additional hours/waiting time charged at £30 per hour for 16 seater, £40 per hour for 34 seater
● Prices do not include any parking or bridge/ferry crossing fees
● Prices do not include any driver accommodation and meals
● Prices do not include the provision of a Tour Guide

Cancellation Policy

● >7 days prior to travel date – any balance payment refunded
● 7 to 2 days prior to travel date – 75% of balance payment refunded
● Day prior to travel date – 50% of balance payment refunded
● On day of travel – 25% of balance payment refunded
